TWENTY pound notes have very recently had an upgrade from the bank of England. On 20 February, the bank of England issued a new polymer £20 note which features a new image of the artist JMW Turner. While it is still possible to use the older paper £20 note in circulation, the new note seems to already be sparking security concerns online.
