Martin Lewis issues urgent warning to Britons on SEISS fourth grant - 'check it soon!'

With the slight changes to eligibility, Martin has said all self-employed people should be checking whether they could receive aid, and before the all-important deadline.

He added: “Remember, for this grant, because they are accepting the more recent tax returns, many people who weren’t eligible for the previous grant are eligible for this.

“I got a message from someone yesterday after I’ve been saying to go and check, who said they hadn’t bothered.

“But they just checked and they could get the money. They said it is a lifeline, as they have been so desperate before.

“So if you haven’t checked, check it soon! That deadline is coming.”
